Fiber Splicers (FTTH, FTTA, FTTB, FTTx, FTTP)

Perform fusion splicing, fiber prep, testing, and troubleshooting for last-mile and backbone fiber projects. Work includes reading prints, maintaining clean documentation, and delivering quality results on active network builds.

Lead Splicers / Supervisors

Oversee field crews, coordinate daily work, and serve as the primary point of contact on site. Responsible for quality control, safety compliance, documentation accuracy, and keeping projects on schedule.

OTDR Testing Technicians

Conduct certified OTDR testing using EXFO equipment and produce clean, accurate test results. Ensure networks meet client specifications and deliver organized, billing-ready documentation.

Data Center Fiber Technicians

Support fiber installation, splicing, and testing in controlled data center environments. Work includes patch panels, fiber routing, labeling, and adherence to strict cleanliness and documentation standards.

Emergency Restoration Technicians

Respond to fiber outages and network disruptions with urgency and professionalism. Work may include after-hours deployments, rapid troubleshooting, and restoration under time-sensitive conditions.
